1. Purpose
To answer my enquiry, select materials, prepare an offer, contact me and handle my request.
2. Data
Name, phone, email, city, company, customer type, tax ID, comments, request contents, source and UTM parameters to the extent I submit them.
3. Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, restricted disclosure to authorised processors, blocking and deletion, with or without automated means.
4. Recipients
Authorised controller staff, the Russian hosting provider, Yandex 360 corporate email and, when enabled by the controller, Telegram infrastructure, only as needed to handle the request and deliver notifications.
5. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than three years after the last interaction unless law or contract requires otherwise. I may withdraw it by emailing info@terrain.ru.
6. Evidence
The server records the acceptance time, document version, page and form identifier. The raw IP address is not stored as part of the consent evidence.
